Requirements

  • Python 3.9+ installed on the machine where you'll run extractions. No other runtime dependencies — just Python.
  • Zoho API access on your client's environment, with permissions to read CRM metadata and Flow configuration. The setup guide walks through the standard OAuth flow.
  • Comfort with the command line. Setup is one command, extraction is one command — but you'll need to be able to follow them.

How the Subscription Process Works

  • Stripe checkout. When you click Subscribe, you're redirected to Stripe to complete payment for your monthly or annual subscription. Nothing is provisioned until payment clears.
  • Email 1 — NDA to sign. You'll receive an email with a short NDA to sign electronically. It covers the licensed methodology and the client metadata you'll handle on engagements. See the FAQ for why we require it.
  • Email 2 — Portal credentials. A separate email arrives inviting you to set up your portal login. This one frequently lands in spam — check there if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.
  • Download the software. Once your NDA is signed and your credentials are set, log in to the consultant portal and download the zip containing the toolkit. You're ready to run your first extraction.
