Subscribe. Extract. Document.

TechLedger ships as a licensed toolset that runs on your machine. You subscribe, you download, you run extractions on whichever client environments your engagements call for. Updates flow through the same portal.

1
Subscribe

Pick a plan and pay through the portal

Choose monthly or annual to match the rhythm of your practice. Payment runs through Stripe — secure, standard, no contract negotiation. Once payment goes through, the onboarding sequence in Step 2 kicks off automatically.

2
Activate your account

Sign in and sign the NDA

You'll get two emails within seconds of payment:

Sign-in setup. Click the link to set up your credentials (email or Google) for your subscriber portal at portal.techledger.ai.

Subscriber NDA. A separate email with the agreement to review and sign electronically.

You can complete both in any order. Once your sign-in is active and the NDA is countersigned, you have full access to the portal — downloads, license status, and support.

Why the NDA? The toolset is licensed software, not open source. The agreement covers what you'd expect — no redistribution, no reverse-engineering, methodology stays proprietary. It does not restrict the outputs: extractions and visualizations you produce on client engagements are yours to deliver, discuss, and keep.

Download the toolset

Pull the latest release in one click

The portal serves the current TechLedger release as a single zip — the Python toolset and visualization templates — ready to run on your laptop or your firm's analyst workstation. One click, every release.

4
Extract

Run on any client environment

Point the toolset at any Zoho CRM you have authorized access to. Standard admin-level visibility is enough; the toolset captures the structural map and renders the visualizations on your machine.

No per-client license. Extract from as many client systems as your engagements call for, all on the same subscription.

Everything the toolset does is read-only. Nothing in your client's system is created, modified, or deleted.
5
Stay current

Every release, included

When we ship a new version — new extraction coverage, sharper visualizations — your portal serves the latest zip immediately. We'll email you whenever a release is available. No re-purchase, no migration; your subscription includes every update for the duration of your active license.

And as an active subscriber, you have a direct line into what gets built next. We take subscriber feedback seriously when prioritizing the roadmap — if there's something you wish the toolset did, tell us.

See the Sample Output page for what the toolset produces, or view subscription pricing.

Prefer to hire us for a one-off?

If you'd rather have us run the extraction directly — common for in-house owners doing a one-time audit, or clients without a consulting partner in place — here's how that engagement works.

1
Getting started

Tell us about your system

Fill out the inquiry form — it takes about two minutes. We ask about your Zoho environment and what's prompting the interest. No technical detail required on your end. If you're not sure exactly what you have, describing what you're trying to solve is enough.

What's useful to include: which Zoho apps you're running, roughly how long the system has been live, whether it was built in-house or by a consultant, and what's driving the inquiry — something's broken, you're about to start a project, you just launched, or you inherited a system you don't fully understand.
2
Scoping

We review and get on a call

We'll review your inquiry and respond within one business day. If it looks like a fit, we'll schedule a brief call — this isn't optional, it's necessary. Access to your system requires either sharing credentials or scheduling time for a Zoho Assist remote session, and that conversation needs to happen in person. It's also a chance to ask questions and confirm that what you're getting is exactly what you need.

You'll receive a clear proposal before anything moves forward. No commitment until you say go.

3
Access

We establish access — on your terms

There are two options. You choose whichever you're more comfortable with.

Zoho Assist (remote session). You establish a remote connection to your browser and we log into your Zoho environment through that session. You never share a password, and your MFA setup stays entirely on your side.

Credentials. You provide login credentials for a Zoho user with access to Settings. Standard admin-level visibility is sufficient — nothing beyond that is needed.

Everything is read-only. Nothing in your system is created, modified, or deleted.
4
Delivery

We do the work — you wait for the deliverable

Once access is confirmed, extraction and analysis run on our side. You don't need to be available or involved. We process the metadata, generate your visualizations, and — for Standard and Advanced clients — run our own analysis pass and write up the findings.

Everything is delivered within 5 business days of access confirmation.

5
In your hands

You put it to work

Your package includes interactive HTML visualizations of your system's structure, the underlying structured metadata files, and a set of AI prompt templates designed for immediate use. Load the metadata into your AI tool of choice, run the prompts, and start getting answers.

Standard and Advanced clients also receive a written findings summary — a plain-language interpretation of what we found, flagging anomalies, gaps, and items worth attention. That's a ready-made starting point whether or not you go near an AI tool yourself.

See the Sample Output page for a closer look at what's included, or compare packages if you're still deciding on scope.

Two ways forward.
